Data map distorted due to change in row or column size.
Cause:
The width or height of the cell over which the map is embedded is changed, and the 'Move and Size with Cells' option in the 'Format Object' dialog box is selected. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with Excel.
Solution:
To work around this problem, select the 'Move but Don't Size with Cells' or the 'Don't Move and Size with Cells' option in the 'Format Object' dialog box.
1) Select (click once on) the data map. (Handles appear around the map.)
2) Select the 'Format' menu and select 'Object...'. (The Format Object dialog box appears.)
3) Click 'Properties' tab.
4) Select the 'Move but Don't Size with Cells' or the 'Don't Move and Size with Cells' radio button in the 'Object Positioning' group.
